Peter Bolles

Peter has forty years of experience in professional corporate management and is licensed in the fields of design, architecture, construction management, project management, and property management. He has been the Architect of Record for a diverse project list such as 50th Anniversary Lighting of the Golden Gate Bridge and IBM’s largest manufacturing facility in San Jose, California. As Western Region Project Manager for General Motors, he managed the reduction in inventory for General Motors and the addition of over 300 new dealerships in the Western United States. He served on the construction management team for the new courts building in San Francisco and worked with Parsons Brinckerhoff on access roads, garages, and the Bart extension for the expansion of the San Francisco International Airport. In 2001 he was appointed to the position of Director and Property Manager with the MGM-Mirage subsidiary, the Boardwalk Hotel and Casino. In 2007 he returned to corporate management as Senior Project Manager and Program Manager for AT&T. In 2010 he became the AT&T Program Manager for Environmental Petroleum Clean Up on over 500 sites throughout California and the Western US.

Peter has a long record of public service volunteer commitments. His other interests include a stint in the theater acting on stage (his favorite role as the Indian in the Fantasticks) and each Christmas in the Handel Christmas Choir and stage performances. He retired from the stage about seven years ago when his voice cracked singing "Sweet Caroline." His early interest was in aviation, learning to fly at age ten with his grandfather William Piper at the instructor's controls of a Piper Cub.
