Lynne Eickholt, MBA '87

Healthcare and medical administrator, ACA promoter, plays recorder, golf and tennis

Lynne EickholtLynne Eickholt retired from her paid professional life as the chief strategy officer of MassGeneral Brigham in Boston in 2018, after a series of roles in that organization and Tufts Medical Center including business planning, marketing, and managed care. Before receiving her MBA from Harvard in 1987, she worked in state government health and human services, ultimately serving as the Deputy Director for Planning in the Arkansas Department of Human Services under then Governor Bill Clinton. Lynne is still active in the field, leading communications for CoverSC, a coalition dedicated to promoting the passage of Medicaid expansion in SC, one of only 10 states that has not expanded health insurance coverage for low-income adults under the Affordable Care Act. Lynne plays recorders, golfs, and plans to take up tennis again, and she is always looking for colleagues who share those interests. She and her husband John, also a HCCC member, live in Orleans and Charleston, SC.
