Event at JFK Museum and Alberto's Ristorante
On March 20th 32 members and guests gathered at the JFK Museum in Hyannis to meet Rob Galibois, District Attorney for Cape Cod and the Islands, and three members of his senior staff. DA Galibois addressed the audience in a professional, forthright, yet extremely honest manner, relating stories of how he came to be an attorney and decided to run for the DA position after years as a public prosecutor followed by private practice. He related inside stories of his energetic and effective campaign, and then addressed challenges he has targeted as areas of focus for he and his highly dedicated team. A lively and instructive Q & A followed. Most of the attendees then regrouped at Alberto’s Ristorante to continue small group discussions. DA Galibois was inspirational in his remarks and all were grateful for his service to the people of the Cape and Islands.
